Responsibility is about asking yourself: What can I contribute right now? – and acting on your answer. Sometimes, it means stepping forward with courage, vulnerability, or creativity. Other times, it’s about making space for others.
With the "Dancer/Benchwarmer" model, we train leaders to take responsibility. The dancer sees opportunities, is flexible, and acts with courage. The benchwarmer sees limitations and waits. We all have both a dancer and a benchwarmer within us – but we can choose to step onto the dance floor and take responsibility.

Leadership Lighthouse offers two unique courses that make a difference: Midt i Livet – for those seeking a development boost in both work and private life, and Far & Søn – an intensive 24 hours designed to strengthen the bond between fathers and sons. Regardless of the course you choose, you will gain insight, inspiration, and tools for lasting development.
Course: Midt i Livet
This course is for you if you feel your ambitions and dreams calling, but haven't truly listened yet. In 24 intense hours, you will have the opportunity to look inward and forward in a unique workgroup. We will work with your goals in both your professional and personal life, followed by a year-long learning journey with monthly digital sessions. To conclude, we will meet for another inspiring 24 hours.
Course: Father & Son
Take a day out of your calendar and invest in what matters most: your relationship. *Father & Son* is a 24-hour experience filled with presence, practical challenges, stories, and binding decisions that will bring you closer together. We create the framework for masculine bonding, reflection, and inspiration from other fathers and sons.
