Teams, der skaber st\u00e6rke resultater, har en h\u00f8j grad af psykologisk tryghed. Det betyder, at alle i teamet f\u00f8ler sig sikre p\u00e5, at de kan dele b\u00e5de tvivl, usikkerhed, s\u00e5rbarhed og sk\u00e6ve ideer og ambiti\u00f8se forslag uden at v\u00e6re bange for at blive set ned p\u00e5 eller peget fingre ad.<\/p><p>I en kultur pr\u00e6get af psykologisk tryghed er der b\u00e5de en h\u00f8j grad af trivsel og samtidig mange konflikter og uenigheder. Relationer og ansvarlighed er afg\u00f8rende n\u00f8gleord. Alle skal f\u00f8le at de kan v\u00e6re sig selv, med deres individuelle styrker og svagheder.<\/p><p>Det er ikke n\u00f8dvendigt at alle elsker alle. Det er jo en arbejdsplads, ikke en familie. Kultur bliver skabt af nogen. medledelses, selvorganisering, helhedst\u00e6nkning, decentrale beslutninger og form\u00e5lsdrevet lederskab.<\/p><p>Grundtanken i medledelse er: Vi er alle ledere. Hierarkier med chefer og tungt bureaukrati er erstattet af en fladere organisation, hvor alle &#8211; uanset jobfunktion &#8211; har mulighed for at blive inddraget i vigtige beslutninger.<\/p><p>Kan det virkelig fungere? Svaret er: Ja, verden over er tusindvis af organisationer, inklusive store industrivirksomheder, organiseret helt eller delvist ud fra principperne om medledelse. Medledelse betyder ikke mindre ledelse. Tv\u00e6rtimod f\u00e5r alle ansatte mulighed for at tr\u00e6ffe beslutninger, tage medlederskab og v\u00e6re med til at s\u00e6tte retning.<\/p><p>Det stiller nye krav til b\u00e5de ledere og medarbejdere. De skal selv forholde sig til komplekse sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og strategiske beslutninger, som cheferne f\u00f8r alene tog sig af.<\/p><p>Ansvarlighed og gensidig respekt er afg\u00f8rende \u2013 uanset titel og rolle. Problemer vil stadig opst\u00e5. Nu er der bare ingen chefer at sende problemerne videre til. Ansvarligheden kan frig\u00f8re et enormt potentiale for faglig og personlig udvikling hos alle ansatte.<\/p><p>For at det skal det lykkes, er det afg\u00f8rende at organisationen l\u00e6rer nye beslutningsprocesser og udvikler enkle og effektive kommunikations- og feedbackvaner. Du f\u00e5r konkrete bud p\u00e5, hvordan du kan udvikle og styrke din adf\u00e6rd og faglighed og samtidig hj\u00e6lper kernekvadranten\u00ae dig til at arbejde bedre og mere gnidningsfrit sammen med andre.<\/p><p>Kernekvadranten har mange af de kvaliteter, som de fleste personlighedstests indeholder, men tilf\u00f8jet et ekstra handlingsanvisende niveau, der g\u00f8r den s\u00e6rligt egnet for alle, der arbejder i teams.<\/p><p>Tankegangen og metodikken er udviklet af den hollandske ingeni\u00f8r og konsulent Daniel Ofman. Han siger: Modellen er n\u00e6rmest mist\u00e6nkelig enkel. Den kan forklares p\u00e5 10 minutter. Derefter bruger du to timer p\u00e5 den &#8211; eller resten af livet. Han har ret &#8211; og du kan p\u00e5 ingen tid selv konstatere dens effekt. Ofte synes vi ikke selv de er noget s\u00e6rligt, men n\u00e5r andre taler om os, vil de ofte fremh\u00e6ve netop de kvaliteter hos os. N\u00e5r det sker, ryger vi over i det, der i Ofmans model kaldes Faldgruben. N\u00e5r kvaliteten\u00a0<em>ubekymrethed<\/em>\u00a0bliver for meget af det gode, kan den ende i\u00a0<em>overfladiskhed<\/em>\u00a0eller\u00a0<em>ligegyldighed<\/em>. Det vil v\u00e6re vores faldgrube, hvis vi har kvaliteten\u00a0<em>ubekymrethed<\/em>.<\/p><p>Sammen med en faldgrube f\u00e5r vi en Udfordring. Det er den kvalitet, der repr\u00e6senterer den positive mods\u00e6tning til faldgruben. Hvis faldgruben er\u00a0<em>overfladiskhed<\/em>, kan udfordringen v\u00e6re\u00a0<em>seri\u00f8sitet<\/em>. Kernekvaliteten og Udfordringen skal s\u00e5 vidt muligt balancere, s\u00e5 i personen i eksemplet her, vil med fordel kunne sigte efter at udvikle adf\u00e6rd med ubekymret seri\u00f8sitet. I f\u00f8rste omgang kan det lyde som mods\u00e6tningsfuldt, men modellen hj\u00e6lper os med at t\u00e6nke b\u00e5de-og fremfor enten eller.<\/p><p>N\u00e5r\u00a0<em>seri\u00f8sitet\u00a0<\/em>bliver for meget af det gode, kan det udvikle sig til pessimisme eller decideret sortsyn. Det bliver der sat fokus p\u00e5 i den fjerde kvadrant, Allergien. N\u00e5r en person, der har\u00a0<em>ubekymrethed\u00a0<\/em>som Kernekvalitet m\u00f8der en sortsynet pessimist, vil det tit sl\u00e5 gnister. Men i virkeligheden har den sortsynede pessimist blot for meget af den kvalitet, der hedder seri\u00f8sitet, som ubekymrethedspersonen godt kunne bruge lidt mere af.
